It is not a conducive atmosphere for Kannada film producer it seems. This Friday release 'Benki Patna' at Narthaki theatre is in shock with the announcement of next Friday release of 'Rudra Thandava' at the same Narthaki theatre.

That obviously means 'Benki Patna' by new team has fate only for one week. Such announcements on the day of release is not in good interest of the Kannada cinema producers.

The public would draw a conclusion on such announcement and would automatically says it is just 'One Week Cinema'.

It is time either KFCC or KFPA should exercise control. In case the agreement is foe one week at Narthaki theatre for 'Benki Patna', at least the announcement from another film should not be on the same day.

The concern expressed by the media is not seen inside the Kannada cinema industry.
